Moody's: China South view stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of China South City Holdings Ltd.'s B1 corporate family and B2 senior unsecured debt ratings to stable from negative.

At the same time, Moody's affirmed both ratings.

"The stable outlook reflects improvements in China South City's contract sales and the achievement of sales from new locations," Moody's analyst Jiming Zou said in a news release.
