Znomics settles $4.88 million private placement

Des Moines, Nov. 27 - Znomics, Inc. raised $4.88 million from a private placement that closed on Nov. 5, according to a news release.

Griffin Securities, Inc. was the placement agent.

Znomics is a biotechnology company based in Portland, Ore. The company also completed a merger with Pacific Syndicated Resources, Inc. on Nov. 5.
