New Issue: China’s Nanjing Yangzi prices $200 million 2.35% bonds due 2021

Detroit, Nov. 18 – Nanjing Yangzi State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd. placed $200 million of 2.35% senior notes due 2021 (//A-) through subsidiary Xi Yang Overseas Ltd., according to an announcement.

China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, ICBC International Securities Ltd., Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., China Citic Bank International Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd., CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd. and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch acted as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers on the deal.

Nanjing Yangzi is an investment company headquartered in Nanjing, China. The company and its subsidiaries are owned by the local government.
