WildBrain readies launch of $280 million term loan for Thursday

New York, March 3 – WildBrain is scheduled to hold a lender call at 2 p.m. ET on Thursday to launch a $280 million seven-year first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay an existing term loan B.

WildBrain is a Canada-based kids’ content company.
