Wintrust Financial extends revolving facility to September 2020

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 19 – Wintrust Financial Corp. amended its credit agreement on Tuesday with Wells Fargo Bank, NA as administrative agent, extending the revolver to Sept. 15, 2020, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment also increased the threshold related to the restriction on subordinated debt to $400 million from $200 million, amended the default interest period to one month in connection with the notice of borrowing, and generally updated select defined terms and some other provisions.

Wintrust is a Rosemont, Ill.-based financial holding company.
