New Issue: WCI Communities issues $125 million five-year term note

Charlotte, N.C., June 11 - WCI Communities, Inc. issued a $125 million term note due 2017, the proceeds of which will be used to help pay off WCI's existing term loan and provide the company with additional capital for growth to expand its homebuilding and development operations in Florida.

The company raised a total of $175 million of new capital including the note and additional equity.

WCI is a Bonita Springs, Fla.-based real estate developer and homebuilder.
