viagogo launches $328 million term loan at Libor plus 425-450 bps

New York, July 13 – viagogo held a lender call on Tuesday to launch a non-fungible $328 million incremental term loan that is talked at Libor plus 425 basis points to 450 bps with a 0.5% Libor floor and an original issue discount of 99.5, according to a market source.
The incremental term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.
JPMorgan Chase Bank is the lead on the deal.
Commitments are due at 5 p.m. ET on July 20, the source added.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
viagogo is a Geneva-based online resale ticket marketplace.
