China’s VCredit plans to offer dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 11 – VCredit Holdings Ltd. plans to issue dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company notice.

Goldman Sachs is the global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner for the Regulation S offering.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes.

Based in Hong Kong, the company offers microloans, financing guarantees, financial leasing and other services.
