S&P rates Venture Global LNG notes BB
S&P said it assigned Venture Global LNG Inc.’s planned $4 billion in senior secured notes BB- issue-level and 2 recovery ratings. The 2 recovery rating indicates substantial recovery (70%-90%: rounded estimate: 80%) in default.
The agency affirmed all ratings, including its BB- issuer credit rating, on Venture Global LNG.
Venture Global will use the proceeds to repay a term loan at Venture Global Commodities LLC and support the ongoing construction and development of its projects.
The outlook is stable.
