Vasakronan to buy back SEK 148 million of series 54 notes on May 19

Lexington, Ky., May 15 – Vasakronan AB will repurchase a total of SEK 148 million of its series 54 issue of fixed-rate notes due April 2, 2026 (ISIN: XS2620761218) on May 19, according to a notice.

As a result, SEK 1,352,000,000 of the original SEK 1.5 billion issue will remain outstanding.

Vasakronan is a property company based in Stockholm.
