Fitch lowers VSK

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded VSK Insurance JSC’s long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured rating to B+ from BB and placed them on rating watch negative.

The downgrades follow the lowering of Russia's long-term local-currency IDR to B+/RWN from BBB on Wednesday, agency said.

VSK’s RUB 4 billion of variable-rate bonds mature on April 5.
