Veritas Technologies to launch term debt refinancing on Friday

New York, June 7 – Veritas Technologies Corp. is scheduled to hold a lender call on Friday morning to launch a refinancing of its term loans, according to a market source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the left lead on the deal.

Veritas is a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of storage and server management software solutions.
