Venture XI CLO set to fully redeem its secured notes on May 15

Columbus, Ohio, May 2 – Venture XI CLO, Ltd./Venture XI CLO, Corp. will redeem fully its secured notes at the direction of holders of a 60% majority of the subordinated notes, according to a notice.

All of the issuers’ class A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R, E-R and F-R notes will be redeemed on May 15 at a price to be calculated in accordance with the note indenture.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.

Citibank, NA is the paying agent.
