Voya CLO 2014-4 may refinance several classes of notes via new issue

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, May 31 – Voya CLO 2014-4, Ltd., as issuer, and Voya CLO 2014-4, LLC, as co-issuer, are considering the redemption of some or all classes of secured notes using proceeds of new notes.

Some holders of subordinated notes have begun talks about the potential refinancing, according to a company notice.

The redemption notice will be issued if the issuers are directed to do so by a majority of the subordinated notes, the release noted.

State Street Bank and Trust Co. is the trustee.
