Prospect News reports six new defaults for week of April 23-April 29

Pittsburgh, May 1 – Prospect News reported six new defaults for the week of April 23 through April 29.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Superior Air Charter, LLC, Cinemex Holdings USA, Inc., Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and Speedcast International Ltd., a Chapter 15 bankruptcy filing made by Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd. and a missed payment on Yida China Holdings Ltd.’s 6.95% senior notes due April 19, 2020.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 97 defaults, including 62 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 19 missed interest payments, six missed payments, three missed principal payments, two each of administrations Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings and one each of missed principal and interest payments, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
