Fitch rates Ventas notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to the senior unsecured notes issued by Ventas Canada Finance Ltd.

In a release on Friday, the agency affirmed Ventas’ BBB+ ratings but revised the outlook to negative from stable.
