Voya CLO 2014-3 to redeem class A-1, class C notes on Dec. 21

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 8 – Voya CLO 2014-3, Ltd., as issuer, and Voya CLO 2014-3, LLC, as co-issuer, will redeem their class A-1 and class C notes on Dec. 21 using refinancing proceeds at the direction of holders of a majority of the subordinated notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank, NA.

The class A-1 notes will be redeemed at a total redemption price of $321,412,292.80, which includes accrued interest.

The class A-1 notes will be redeemed at a total redemption price of $31,495,783.80, which also includes accrued interest.

The class A-2A, A-2B, B, D and E notes, the subordinated notes and the combination securities will not be redeemed on the redemption date.
