New York, March 21 - Vyteris Holdings (Nevada), Inc. concluded a private placement of stock for $7,121,751.

The company sold a total of 9,495,668 shares at $0.75 each between March 15 and March 16.

The offering was not brokered.

Vyteris, based in Fair Lawn, N.J., develops drugs that are delivered through transdermal patches.
