Knoxville, Tenn., April 20 - Vyke Communications plc said it raised £3.06 million in a private placement of shares.
The company sold 12,489,796 ordinary shares at 24.5p apiece.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital and marketing purposes.
Vyke is a voice over internet protocol service provider based in London.
