Moody's rates Vulcan Energy term loan Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Ba2 (LGD 6; 96%) ratings to Vulcan Energy Corp.'s pending $280 million six-year senior secured term loan and $5 million three-year senior secured revolving credit facility and affirmed its Ba1 corporate family rating and stable outlook.

Term loan proceeds will retire the remaining $274 million outstanding an existing term loan.
