Virtu redeems $500 million 6¾% second-lien notes with loan proceeds

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 7 – Virtu Financial, Inc. redeemed all $500 million of its 6¾% senior secured second-lien notes due 2022 using proceeds from its $525 million incremental term loan, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption was made on Oct. 9, which was when the term loan closed.
