Knoxville, Tenn., April 14 - VIQ Solutions Inc. settled a non-brokered private placement of units for C$1.48 million. The deal priced for C$1.6 million on March 19.
VIQ sold 4,929,332 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.30 apiece. The company planned to sell 5,333,333 units at that price.
Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.45 for two years.
Proceeds will be used to pay down existing debt and for general working capital purposes.
Based in Toronto, VIQ is digital audio company.
