Moody's rates Vinte Viviendas notes Aa3.mx

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3.mx national scale rating to the proposed Ps. 200 million bond issuance of Vinte Viviendas Integrales, SAPI de CV. The bonds will be issued under the company's Ps. 1 billion MTN (Certificados Bursatiles) program.

In addition, Moody's said it affirmed the company's Baa3.mx national scale issuer rating and the Aa3.mx national scale bond rating partially guaranteed by the International Finance Corp. The outlook is stable.

The agency said the proposed bond rating reflects several factors, including Vinte's underlying issuer rating, the rating of the guarantor Inter-American Development Bank, the term of the issuance and the size of the guarantee and how these factors improve the expected recovery values of the transaction.
