Videotron to repay bank debt with notes proceeds

New York, Feb. 26 - Videotron Ltd. plans to repay all drawings under its senior secured credit facility using proceed from a $260 million senior notes offering, according to a news release.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The 9 1/8% notes priced at 98.625.

Videotron is a Quebec-based communications company.
