Vicwest creditors approve plan
New York, Aug. 5 - Vicwest Corp. said a meeting of creditors approved its proposed plan of reorganization under the Canadian Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
The Oakville, Ont. metal roofing manufacturer said it will ask the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to sanction the plan at a hearing on Aug. 12 at 10.00 a.m. ET.
