S&P cuts Vicorp to CCC

Standard & Poor's said it lowered Vicorp Restaurants Inc.'s corporate credit rating to CCC from CCC+.

The outlook is developing.

S&P said the action is based on the company's delay in filing its 10-K to finish an evaluation of its intangible asset carrying values.
