Viacom increases revolver to $2.5 billion, extends maturity to 2017

San Diego, Nov. 15 - Viacom Inc. amended its revolving credit agreement on Nov. 9 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as the administrative agent to increase the amount and push out the maturity, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The facility was increased to $2.5 billion from $2.1 million, and the maturity was extended to Nov. 9, 2017 from Dec. 2, 2015.

Citibank, NA and Bank of America, NA are the syndication agents. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley MUFG Loan Partners, LLC, Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Wells Fargo Bank, NA are the documentation agents.
