Moody’s lifts Verint Systems

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Verint Systems Inc.'s corporate family rating to Ba2 from Ba3 and probability of default rating to Ba2-PD from Ba3-PD.

Moody's also upgraded the company's senior secured first-lien term loan and revolver to Ba1 from Ba2.

“The upgrade reflects the company's continued growth in both its call center and cyber intelligence businesses as well as its increasing profitability,” the agency said in a news release.

The outlook is stable.
