S&P puts Veridian on positive watch
Standard & Poor's put Veridian Corp. on CreditWatch positive including its $300 million term loan due 2008 and $50 million five-year revolver due 2007 at BB-.
S&P said the CreditWatch listing follows General Dynamics Corp.'s (A/stable) announced acquisition of Veridian.
