New York, July 15 - Ventir Challenge Enterprises Ltd. said it has upsized to C$2.4 million its previously announced C$2 million private placement of units.
The company now plans to sell 48 million units at C$0.05 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one warrant. Some of the shares will be issued on a flow-through basis. The warrants allow for the purchase of an additional share at C$0.10 each for two years.
The deal was first announced June 29 as a C$2 million offering of 40 million units under the same terms.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Ventir is a gold and mineral exploration company.
