Ventas amends loan, adding accordion feature

New York, July 27 - Ventas Realty LP amended its $600 million unsecured credit facility, adding a $150 million accordion feature, according to a news release.

Current pricing under the facility remained at Libor plus 75 basis points.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the deal.

Ventas is a Louisville, Ky., health care real estate investment trust.
