S&P rates Vantage Pipeline BB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BB- long-term corporate credit rating to Vantage Pipeline Canada ULC and Vantage Pipeline US LP.

The outlook is stable.

"The ratings on Vantage reflect our assessment of the company's 'satisfactory' business risk profile and 'highly leveraged' financial risk profile," S&P credit analyst Gerry Hannochko said in a news release.
