Fitch affirms Vallibel Finance

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Vallibel Finance Ltd.'s national long-term rating at B+(lka).

The outlook remains stable.

The rating factors in its small asset base, relatively weak asset quality and modest financial profile, Fitch said.
