New Issue: BofA Finance prices $2.91 million digital return notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, March 20 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2.91 million of 0% digital return notes due March 6, 2025 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Pinterest, Inc. (class A), PayPal Holdings, Inc. and United Airlines Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the lowest performing stock finishes at or above its 55% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 21%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lowest performing stock from its initial level.
