New Issue: India’s UPL sells $500 million 4 5/8% notes due 2030

New York, June 16 – UPL Corp. Ltd. issued $500 million of 4 5/8% senior notes due 2030 on Tuesday, according to a Singapore Stock Exchange notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., MUFG Securities EMEA plc, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Cooperatieve Rabobank UA, Hong Kong Branch, Societe Generale and UBS AB Singapore Branch are the bookrunners.

Formerly United Phosphorus Ltd., UPL is a chemical manufacturer based in Mumbai.
