USD Partners extends credit agreement waiver additional four days

Chicago, Nov. 17 – USD Partners LP entered a third waiver extension agreement for an additional four days on its credit agreement, according to a press release.

The company agreed to a forbearance period with its lenders and the administrative agent through Nov. 3 that was extended to Nov. 17 and then again extended to Nov. 21, as of Friday.

The lender parties have agreed to continue to forbear through Tuesday from exercising any rights or remedies arising from certain events of default or prospective events of default and to waive, until the new expiration date, events of default arising from the non-payment of amounts due on the maturity date.

Based in Houston, USD Partners is a master limited partnership formed to acquire, develop and operate energy-related rail terminals.
