St. Louis, May 27 - U.S. Oncology Inc. is expected to bring to market a $675 million, two-part offering of high-yield notes (B-), according to an informed source.

Citigroup will run the books.

The deal will be comprised of $475 million of 10-year senior subordinated notes and $200 million of senior notes.

Timing will be determined.

The Houston-based cancer treatment services company also plans to obtain a $500 million senior secured credit facility. The bank meeting took place during the week of May 17.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the leveraged buyout by Oiler Acquisition Corp., an affiliate of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe IX LP.
