U.S. Energy Systems posts $3.70 million December net loss

Portland, Ore., Jan. 16 - U.S. Energy Systems, Inc. reported a $3.70 million net loss for December on zero revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In November, U.S. Energy posted a $122,324 net loss on zero revenues.
The company had $1,223 in operating cash at Dec. 31, compared with $1,156 in operating cash at the end of November.
U.S. Energy Systems, a New York-based owner of green power and clean energy and resources, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 9, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10054.
