Fitch affirms U.S. Century Bank

Fitch Ratings said it has affirmed the ratings of U.S. Century Bank as follows: long-term issuer default rating at BB; short-term issuer default rating at B; individual at C; support at 5; support floor NF; long-term deposits at BB+; and short-term deposits at B.

The outlook has been revised to negative from stable.

Fitch said it has affirmed the ratings based on the company's solid capital position and good funding profile.

In addition, the bank's ratings were affirmed based on the likelihood that the company's downside will be more limited than its banking peers, the agency added.
