New York, Dec. 12 - Ursa Major Minerals Inc. said it plans to raise C$2,325,000 in a private placement.
The company will sell 3.1 million shares at C$0.75 each to Korea Resources Canada Corp., a subsidiary of Korea Resources Corp.
The non-brokered offering is being conducted as part of a strategic alliance between Ursa Major and Korea Resources for acquiring and developing base metal exploration projects.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Based in Toronto, Ursa Major is a mineral exploration company.
