Knoxville, Tenn., April 2 - Uranerz Energy Corp. said it will conduct a $13.12 million private placement of units.
The company will sell 5,465,000 units at $2.40 each to Denison Mines Corp.
The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at $3.50 for two years.
The deal is expected to settle April 9.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Uranerz is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
