UPC Broadband gets €520 million term M add-on, $125 million term N add-on

New York, May 22 - UPC Broadband Holding BV closed on a €520 million add-on to its term loan M and a $125 million add-on to its term loan N, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.

The term loan M add-on will be drawn on May 24 for collateral for any loan, deposit or similar arrangement with the lenders under the senior secured credit facility for VTR Global Com, SA and for general corporate and working capital purposes.

The term loan N add-on will be drawn on May 24 as well, with proceeds going towards general corporate and working capital purposes.

Toronto Dominion is the agent on the add-ons that were completed on May 18.

UPC Broadband is the Netherlands-based broadband company owned by Liberty Global Inc.
