New Issue: University of Notre Dame, Ind., sells $400 million 3.438% 30-year taxable bonds at par

New York, Jan. 16 – The University of Notre Dame du Lac of Indiana sold $400 million of series 2015 30-year taxable bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa) were sold through Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co.
The bonds are due Feb. 15, 2045 and have a 3.438% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to finance and reimburse the university for capital and operating costs
