United States Cellular calls all $130 million 8.75% notes due 2032

Milwaukee, Nov. 30 - United States Cellular Corp. will redeem all $130 million of its outstanding 8.75% senior notes due 2032 on Dec. 24, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The company will use cash to finance the redemption.

The Bank of New York Trust Co. NA is the trustee.

United States Cellular is a subsidiary of Chicago telecommunications company Telephone and Data Systems, Inc.
