New Issue: Ukraine sells $1.25 billion 7.8% notes due 2022 at par

Atlanta, Nov. 20 - Ukraine priced a $1.25 billion issue of notes due 2022 at par to yield 7.8%, or Treasuries plus 618.7 basis points, a market source said.

JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Sberbank and VTB Bank were the bookrunners for the deal.

No other details were immediately available on Tuesday.
