UBS to price callable step-up notes due 2023 with 2.2% initial rate

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 10 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price callable step-up notes due March 13, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be an annual rate of 2.2% initially, stepping up to 2.5% on March 13, 2022. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The notes will be callable at par quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.

The notes will price Sept. 11.

The Cusip number is 90270KL31.
