New Issue: UBS prices $270,000 step performance securities tied to iShares Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 6 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $270,000 of 0% step performance securities due Sept. 7, 2018 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the 16.11% step return and the fund return. Investors will be fully exposed to any fund decline.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
