New Issue: UBS prices $15.16 million return optimization notes on iShares Russell 2000 ETF trust

New York, March 31 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $15,161,070 of 0% return optimization securities due April 30, 2015 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 exchange-traded fund trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 14.28%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
