New Issue: UBS prices $1.3 million buffer gears linked to S&P, Nasdaq, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 1 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.3 million of 0% buffer gears due March 28, 2024 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any gain in the least performing index.

Investors will receive par if the worst performer falls by up to 17% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 17%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
