New Issue: UBI Banca prices €500 million five-year 1.5% preferred green bonds at 99.79

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – UBI Banca SpA priced €500 million of five-year 1.5% senior preferred green bonds at 99.79 to yield 1.544%, according to a notice.
Banca IMI (B&D), BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, UBI Banca and UniCredit were the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds of the Regulation S deal will be used to finance and or refinance, in whole or in part, green eligible projects.
UBI Banca is a Bergamo, Italy-based banking group. It is the result of the April 2007 merger between BPU - Banche Popolari Unite and Banca Lombarda e Piemontese.
